Really, 20th Century Fox? This is how we're doing it now? A six-second teaser of X-Men: Days of Future Past on Instagram just to promote the upcoming release of...a trailer? It's ridiculous. What do you think we are—idiots?
Okay, fine. We are. We're idiots who can't wait for this movie and will salivate over six seconds of nonstop flashing images.
Anyway, fellow idiots, you read that correctly: 20th Century Fox has released a six-second teaser to get us all pumped up for the release of the first official X-Men: Days of Future Past trailer, which will be released on October 29. What do we see in the teaser? Well, there's Mystique (Jennifer Lawrence) and there's Beast (Nicholas Hoult). Then there's young Magneto (Michael Fassbender) and old Magneto (Ian McKellen), plus young Charles Xavier (James McAvoy) and old Charles Xavier (Patrick Stewart). And of course, there's also Wolverine (Hugh Jackman) and Storm (Halle Berry)—because hey, why the hell not?
So what are they all doing? You know...stuff. There's some yelling, some talking, some exploding. So, pretty much enough to get you excited for the full trailer.
