My initial inclination is leaning towards giving the win to Georgia Toffolo, and that has nothing to do with my natural penchant for blondes, I swear. It has everything to do with something way less shallow.

It was for the third woman to receive a medical degree in the United States, and that woman is not the Emily Blackwell that has been included in this gallery. After learning this sexy bit of trivia how is anyone supposed to live up to the sexiness of the original Emily Blackwell?

I am sorry, Present Emily, but you have let me, as well as the rest of the world down. How sexy can a woman be if she does not even have her own Wikipedia entry? Georgia sure as hell has her own page. If Emily is not sexy enough to outshine the original, who was quite the looker back in her day, then I have no choice but to award the title of hottest bestie to Georgia.
