Where Did This ‘Injustice: Gods Among Us’ Branded Galaxy S7 Edge Come From?

  Now, sure, Batman has a fair amount going for him. He’s got more money than freaking Kanye West. He’s got Morgan Freeman in his basement building all kinds of ridiculous weapons and other cool toys for him. He’s pretty damn good when it comes to the whole crushing-criminals’-scrotes-into-spam-with-your-bare-hands thing, too. 

But even the Dark Knight has his flaws. For one, he’ll never be able to live down his utterly shit-tastic George Clooney suit with the nipples. For another, despite his supposed genius-level intellect, he’s far too slow on the uptake. Or Samsung are. Or someone is.

Yes indeed. The cellphone makers have just unveiled a spangly new limited edition Galaxy S7 Edge. It looks all sorts of sweet, but it’s come out of no-damn-where to tie in with a game from 2013. Remember Injustice: Gods Among Us? Because these guys sure seem to.

There’s a Gear VR headset in there too, if you can get your hands on this package. This Bizarro World, why-now-all-of-sudden package. Take an ogle at it below, in an unboxing video crammed with more inexplicably badass showy slow-mo than The Matrix.
