Legions of kids from all over the world wanted their two front teeth and nothing more when they reached that awkward, toothless age. But not me and a select other few. To be honest, I didn't really give a crap about my teeth because all I wanted then (and still want now) is a hovercraft.
Not just a model craft or a toy, but an actual hovercraft that can really fly. A lot of people are working on it and so are the fine folks from Mercier-Jones. What you see above is a sneak peek of what they're working on, and can I just say that it looks awesome? The design is futuristic and looks like an amped-up sportscar. Obviously, it's going to need some powerful motors to lift off, so M-J's hovercraft will come with not one but three electric motors that will be powered by a single gasoline engine.
That's the good part. The bad news? It's still in development and they don't really have an ETA on when this thing will actually hit the showrooms. So in the meantime, save up, keep dreaming, and send an email to Mercier-Jones to get on the waiting list.
