If you spend enough time in and around sports you are bound to see a good number of injuries, minor and major. Major ones are more common in some than others. Contact sports like football, wrestling, rugby, and lacrosse can produce a lot of blood spilling gashes and broken bones.
In other sports like tennis, bowling, swimming, and golf it is more common to pull or strain a muscle than to have open head wounds. However, from time to time there is a freak accident that occurs causing an injury that is terrifying and gruesome to watch not to mention painful.
At the European Athletic Championships recently Bulgarian sprinter Georgi Kirilov Georgiev was in the midst of his heat when his leg buckles and he eventually crumbles to the ground in front of the finish line. His leg moves in ways that no human leg is meant to move.
After watching this fat people everywhere will all be thinking,"That's why I don't run."
