Viola Davis Regrets Starring In ‘The Help’

I have to share in Viola Davis' regret over her taking a starring role in The Help. Her presence added a sense of legitimacy to co-star Emma Stone's career that should never have existed, and now a talentless anorexic blowjob factory has an Academy Award. Worst decision of Viola's career. And she was in Kate & Leopold. When asked by The New York Times if she's ever taken any roles that she later regretted, Davis stated:

Have I ever done roles that I’ve regretted? I have, and The Help is on that list. I just felt that at the end of the day that it wasn’t the voices of the maids that were heard. I know Aibileen [the role played by Davis]. I know Minny [the role played by Spencer]. They’re my grandma. They’re my mom. And I know that if you do a movie where the whole premise is, I want to know what it feels like to work for white people and to bring up children in 1963, I want to hear how you really feel about it. I never heard that in the course of the movie.

Would you like a carrot to feed that high horse you're on? Or to shove up your twat, you pretentious narcissistic douchebag? Recanting former decisions as a means of bolstering ones wokeness is all the rage in Hollywood right now. Fucking Leslie Moonves for career advancement didn't pan out? You were coerced. People criticizing your movie for deemphasizing the black experience? You were duped. Harvey Weinstein wasn't able to fuck the bitch out of you? You're Gwyneth Paltrow.

I personally think that The Help feels like it was produced by The Daughters of the Confederacy and that director Tate Taylor portrays the black characters as one-dimensional caricatures that make a bottle of Aunt Jemima syrup seem compelling. But I didn't take the fucking role. Davis did. And her career, and salary, are better for it. Can we all just stop being ungrateful bitches for five seconds?
