Victoria Justice Leads List of Hotties at Teen Choice Awards

This was a rough voting process, and I tried not to let my particular biases and overwhelming lusts get in the way, but Victoria Justice is our winner for hotties at the Teen Choice Awards this past weekend. It was a very close call, with the runner ups presenting quite the qualifying packages, as it were. But Victoria stood out amid our entire list of finalists, in random order after Victoria:
