I can’t imagine living in an alternate timeline where a movie like Legally Blonde never existed because Reese Witherspoon’s ex boyfriend was a loving man and forget to call her a fat lazy dumb bitch. Her success fueled by toxic masculinity is almost guaranteed proof we aren’t living in a simulation. Suck on that Elon Musk. In a sappy pow wow session sponsored by none other than Oprah, Witherspoon received the opportunity to open up about how she almost never had the opportunity to be emotionally abused by someone better. Like a producer or director who could also offer her a career in addition to those insults.

Reese's statement:

“People say to me that knew me then, ‘You’re a completely different person.’ I didn’t have self-esteem. I’m a different person now and it’s part of why I can stand up and say, ‘yes, I’m ambitious’ – because someone tried to take that from me before.”

Successful people always have a story to tell after “making it.” Reese is one of the lucky ones because most other women who always get called a filthy slut by their significant other outside of foreplay don’t make enough money to pay rent alone. Reese never mentioned a name but the internet is currently playing a game of “guess who her emotionally abusive ex is.” Many are coming up with Mark Wahlberg as the mystery man which doesn’t sound too far off at all. The last name Witherspoon would sound foreign to anyone coming from an area that has trouble saying “park the car in Harvard Yard” without sounding like a pompous clam chowder eating devout Patriot fan "masshole" (Massachusetts + asshole for those not from the east coast). And we all know how Marky Mark feels about minorities so he might be the answer to the $64,000 question.
