Tyrann Mathieu Kicked off LSU Football Team

Heisman Trophy finalist and defensive back Tyrann Mathieu was kicked off the LSU football team, the school announced today, for the ol' 'violation of team rules.' Also known as the Honey Badger, Mathieu was a talented kick returner for the Tigers as well.

When asked if it was team rule or school rule, head coach Les Miles told reporters 'Both. They're synonymous.' Mathieu was suspended for one game last year for allegedly testing positive for synthetic weed, though LSU never did confirm if that was actually why.
