It's a great time to be a Spider-Man fan, what with the coming of The Amazing Spider-Man in less than a month's time and all. After spoiling fans with a series of TV spotstrailers, and production stills, the first clip featuring the monstrous Lizard banging down the doors of Oscorp has finally landed.

Quickly following that is a newly-released clip that shows Peter Parker telling NYPD chief Captain Stacy everything he knows about the city's problem with reptiles, which you can watch in the player above. When you're done with that, hit the jump to watch a video of the police chasing Spidey all across New York City!

This newest Spider-Man reboot stars Andrew Garfield as Peter Parker and partners him up with the very gingertastic Emma Stone, who's sporting a not-so-gingery hair color in the flick.

The Amazing Spider-Man arrives in 2D, 3D, and IMAX theaters on July 3rd and stars Rhys Ifans, Denis Leary, Campbell Scott, Irrfan Khan, Martin Sheen, and Sally Field with Garfield and Stone. Mark your calendars and get ready for the untold story as director Marc Webb tells it.
