Tulisa Contostavlos hasn't been seen or heard from in some time. And by that I mean, I haven't seen or heard from her in some time, and that perspective is the one that matters. 

The back to brunette hottie British singer and former X-Factor judge made her way to Hollywood in a cleavetastic and obviously wanting to steal every camera lens manner. With her mighty fun bags barely contained in her dress top, Tulisa was certainly making a statement. Don't call it a comeback, but do call it a faptastic opportunity to reacquaint yourself with with her swell sized lady tubes.

Here's to hoping Tulisa stays very much in the public eye. That body on that singer ought to be registered as a lethal weapon. I'll do the registration process. We drop the dress and we begin. Enjoy.
