Sort of a surprise winner on the red carpet considering the arrivals of Heidi Klum and Constance Jablonski and her own daughter Miley Cyrus all decked out in hot gowns was some real competition.

But by hook or by crook and with the assistance of a little 90210 physician trimming around the edges, Tish Cyrus looked like one million damn dollars. When the top on her dress shifted into something of a baring malfunction, all of us were left wondering, wow, even the near fifty year old's in Hollywood now are eschewing the bra. Oh, lucky days.
