Why the Colts? Because they were the comeback kids; the story of week five! Because they're a road dog to the Jets! Wait, really? Yep, the Jets are favored this week. Interesting. Home field advantage counts for something. Speaking of the Jets, Mark Sanchez's quarterback rating right now is 66.6 after playing the 666th Monday Night Football game in history and he has 6 TDs and 6 INTs, and his jersey number is 6. Tebow must be freaking out!
Your week six bye teams are Carolina, Chicago, Jacksonville and New Orleans. No big loss to have any of them taking a week off. Some pretty big things happening that could affect games this week and beyond. Houston LB Brian Cushingmay have torn his ACL, which would hurt the Texans' defense.
The Packers have lost Cedric Benson for eight weeks or more to a foot injury. The Patriots are using an University of Oregon style attack to get their offense going lately.
The games of the week are going to be Baltimore hosting Dallas, San Francisco hosting the Giants in an NFC Championship rematch, Houston hosting Green Bay as the Packers look to get their shit together, and San Diego hosting Denver. Peyton Manning is putting up huge numbers the last couple of weeks and eventually those will lead to wins. This might be the week.
