At long last, the Han Solo movie has a title! Director Ron Howard stepped in just last month to shepherd the film toward completion after Kathleen Kennedy sh*t-canned the original directors four months into production. Howard has been very open about the process, sharing lots of photos from the set and now this video, wherein he reveals the title of the film.

Solo: A Star Wars Story continues the titling tradition established last year with Rogue One: A Star Wars Story. Am I the only one, by the way, that says the name "Han Solo" with a Scottish accent now because of that Scottish bounty hunter in Force Awakens? No, I'm the only one doing that? That's fine, I can live with it.

Anyway, there you have it. Many would have said that Opie Taylor had certainly made good on all that promise he had as a youngster by winning an Oscar or narrating one of the greatest TV shows in history, but alas it's not so. He didn't hit greatness until this moment, when he finally came in and directed 30-40% of a Star Wars movie. Solo: A Star Wars Story is still scheduled to hit theaters on May 25, 2018, so hopefully we'll see a trailer attached to The Last Jedi. Also, who's Clint playing? That's what I want to know. He should play the "you'll be dead!" guy. He was in Rogue One, too, he should be the new R2. Put him in everything.
