The “Back To The Future II” Hoverboard Finally In Reach…Sort Of

What is the worst thing about living in 2013? No hoverboards. Actually, no jetpacks, space cars, robot servants, or light sabers either. We were promised these things by science and they didn't friggin' deliver. How many of us watched Back to The Future II as kids and thought, "Wow, by 2013 I will have one of those awesome hoverboards that Marty used to get away from the evil Griff Tannen." But no. Well, if you happen to have $12,995 and a good imagination you can get the next best thing. Some enterprising Ebay denizen stole the DeLorean, went to the future, and is now selling an exact replica of the "Pit Bull" monster hoverboard used by Griff in the movie. Mind you, it isn't the actual board used in the movie, just a replica. That's some serious balls asking that much for a movie prop that wasn't actually used in the movie. And it doesn't really fly either. So, bid on it here if you want to, I'm going to wait for science to stop being so lame and invent the real thing.
