Teaser for New Mike Judge Comedy ‘Silicon Valley’ Promises F-Bombs and D**k Jokes

It's not easy to create a 30-second teaser trailer for a TV comedy. To be effective you need to reveal enough plot for people to get a rough idea of what the show is about. However, you also need to reveal a few good jokes that leaves people wanting more instead of assuming they already saw the best the show has to offer.

The teaser trailer for Mike Judge's new HBO comedy about four tech industry nerds and their rich benefactor? It features a three-part penis joke, a full-grown nerd getting owned by a little kid, and some sage advice from a noodle-slurping hippy. So yeah, I'd say it's effective.

Look for Silicon Valley to premier on April 4, which happens to be the same night as the Game of Thrones season four premier. What a coincidence!
