The Steve Wilkos show is pretty stupid and he is arguably getting exactly what he deserves with a DUI. I’m not a fan of this man. He inconvenienced an entire nation by discouraging non-contributing couch potatoes to find careers when he continued Jerry Springer’s legacy. If you had time to watch television from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. you were most likely skipping school, elderly, or unemployed.  Everyone is aware that Springer was mainly early morning entertainment for everyone who didn’t have a job. Springer was on it’s last legs and finally being called out for fraud. Somehow the same lowbrow crowd that online colleges and injury lawyers advertised to managed to become slightly smarter after watching the same formula of foolishness every episode. Then Wilkos replicated the exact same show with an uppity Dr. Phil type twist and the ghost of Springer lived on through Steve. Everyone who almost earned a printable PhD from DeVry went back to the couch to watch Wilkos.

Police say the 53-year-old Wilkos turned himself in Wednesday after learning there was a warrant for his arrest.

Police say Wilkos, a TV talk show host who was the security director on “The Jerry Springer Show,” had a blood alcohol content of 0.29 after the crash Jan. 21. That’s more than three times the legal limit to drive. No other vehicles were involved, and Wilkos was alone. He was treated at the hospital. He was freed on $1,500 bond and is scheduled to appear in court March 5.

There are certain stages to being drunk for a man that he can personally reference whether it’s okay to drive. If you’ve passed the stage of slurred speech and you’re all too willing to have sex with that female whale no one bought a drink for all evening, it’s time to call an Uber. To protect yourself and reputation from a terrible accident. Steve is just going to have to own this one.
