Nobody's has more ups and downs in hottie town than Irish Rose McGowan (okay, half-Irish, and raised in Italy in a crazy-ass commune, but just look at those eyes and that hair and know this riddle of a girl has Limerick roots). Rose McGowan goes back and forth across the sextastic fence, one moment looking super boobtastic fine, another looking like she spent too much time in the unfiltered smoking quad behind the high school with the Goth kids, but, on the whole, she's going on the Ark as my 'two' when the flood comes.
