Snoop Lion’s Video “La,La,La” Will Make You Feel High

Forget Gundam Style, the weirdest video out there is Snoop..er...Lion's La, La, La. By now most of us have heard that the great Snoop Dogg has converted to Rastafarianism and given up hip hop for reggae. Because of this conversion he changed name animals to the iconic rasta lion. It's not hard to believe that a religion that sees ganja smoking as sacred would appeal to Snoop. But what about the music? The song is a pretty jaunty tune of reggae goodness, not quite Marley off of Exodus, but alright. But the video, dear Jah the video. If Snoop's goal was to make it feel like you had been rockin' the ganj after watching it, than he succeeded. There a children in costumes, dancing California Raisin-type claymation fruit, people in panda suits, and a robot. Oh, and Snoop wears a lion headdress. It's...sublime in it's ridiculousness. Ire.
