Shakira is getting ready for her big VMA performance this week that is due to take place in Newark, New Jersey tomorrow night at the Prudential Center. The singer took us behind the scenes as she rehearsed for her Video Vanguard Medley performance, showing off some flexibility on Instagram as she let her fans know that she was looking forward to the VMA's.
