Last month's E3 shenanigans are now naught but a bowel-voiding, next-generation-anticipation memory. You may think, then, that the time for video games to give wang-waving displays at conventions is over for now.

Nuts to that, say the wacky funsters of San Diego.

This year's SDCC (July 18 to 21) schedule reveals an array of essential panels for Gameaholics everywhere. Destructoid presented the highlights of the planned events yesterday:

Thursday:

11:45AM: Inside the Looking Glass: Building Halo Worlds and Wonders - Focusing on Halo: Spartan Assault, the Dark Horse Comics, and "mega" surprises."

1:00PM: Batman: Arkham Origins - featuring creative driector Eric Holmes, along with actors Roger Craig Smith (Batman) and Troy Baker (Joker)

3:30PM: World of Capcom Games - featuring Dead Rising 3, Phoenix Wright Dual Destinies, Lost Planet 3, Ducktales: Remastered, Mega Man's 25th Anniversary, more)

6:00PM: Watch_Dogs: Does Privacy Exist? - Hosted by Aisha Tyler

6:30PM: Saints Row IV Super Dangerous Wub Wub Panel - Featuring the voice cast and dev team, hosted by Aubrey freaking Norris

You'll forgive us for omitting such business as the unveiling of Pac-Man's ‘weird new game' from the above. That's a fantastic line-up right there, nonetheless. Perhaps, while they're there, we can threaten Trey Parker and Matt Stone with a swift de-bearding with a rusty machete until they stop dicking around with South Park: The Stick of Truth's release dates.

In any case, look out for all the Ego-coverage next week.
