Perhaps checking out her competition, or just lending a curious eye to the proceedings, Sarah Jessica Parker showed up to the set of The Carrie Diaries the prequel to the Sex in the City series now filming in New York, and starring the delicious AnnaSophia Robb in the lead role of Carrie Bradshaw.

And how did the younger, prettier actress, AnnaSophia, handle the stare down from the role's more famous, gaunt, style-maven? With great aplomb, and a sugar cube, which seemed to appease Sarah Jessica, who trotted away from the set with a content bray.
