Sara Sampaio has gone instagram official with her boyfriend Ray Nicholson, the son of actor Jack Nicholson. Not only is she going official with her boo, she's also letting us all know that she is officially a mom, to a little dog named Mongo.

The model shared some new photos of her with her pup, who is a very cute Brussels Griffon puppy and seems to love his model mom just as much as she loves him. Sara celebrated her birthday this week and it looks like she celebrated by spending time with her friends and family and little Mongo, who wished her a happy birthday on his own Instagram channel!
