Sadie Newman really needs to be careful taking her English skin out to the beach. That is a delicate thing and not one that reacts well to being exposed to the sun. The sunburn might fade with time, but that will be the least of her worries. If she has freckles or moles show up then those will be there for life, or until she gets some Hollywood doc to zap or slice them off. I don’t even want to mention the risks that a rogue mole can cause, but I will.
With moles comes skin cancer. That is not something to be laughed at, aside from being the second most embarrassing cancer to die from. I am not going to say what I think the most embarrassing cancer to die from is because I want you to imagine it for yourself. I feel like announcing to people that you have cancer is supposed to be a big moment. And if you have pancreatic cancer, or a brain tumor then people will gasp and give you sympathy. But as a man, if you say the most embarrassing one, I would feel paranoid that everyone’s immediate reaction would be to fight back a giggle.
