Rihanna has always been one to consider outerwear more of a nuisance than a delight. I believe she would walk topless in a thong about the world in a more civilized society or just her home country of Barbados. But, alas, silly nations require their women be dressed to some level of cover lest people be offended by the very thing they plainly desire so many hours of the day. Rihanna has found compromise in often barely covering up or very sheer and see-through dresses that accomplish the very same goal of all eyes turning toward her fine female form.

Rihanna stepped out in New York in a mostly not hiding much green dress in Manhattan, showing off her black panties and hot bodied goodness beneath. This is the kind of dress you hope your date shows up in to let you know it's going to be a fun evening. If she shows up in a baggy sweater you might as well get on your hard hat, this is going to be a big project. Rihanna understands the game of the sextastic. She plays it to her advantage and ours.
