GAMING

So here it is, Ego-gents. The era of VR gaming is upon us. There’s PlayStation VR and Oculus Rift talk flying around everywhere. The future is now. Right effing now.
There’s no saying just yet how long said era will last. The whole VR video games thing may die on its ass. It might be a niche, gimmicky experience but still kinda worth your time if you have enough disposable income. Or maybe, just kinda sorta maybe, it could actually be The Future of The Gaming (tm).
For that last to be the case, we’re going to need a varied and worthwhile library of games that use the tech. Exclusive to the tech. The kind of killer apps that come with a free pair of undercrackers, because they’re sure to make you lose bowel control in wonderment. Or something. Good news, everyone: I’ve seen one such game, and here it is now.
Over Tokyo way, Japan Realm reports, Bandai Namco are opening VR Zone Project I Can. Hitting April 15, this gameatorium and display center will let you try out all kinds of batshit VR titles and experiences.
The best of which, quite clearly, will be this bizarre kitten rescue simulator. Just look at it in action.
