I believe if you’re in the market for renting a new residence the realtor agent isn’t bound by law to disclose if there was a violent murder on the property or if the neighbors happen to be terrible people. They’re also not under any obligation to release information about the questionable activities of the previous renter. But if you happen to be looking for a luxurious place to temporarily call home in the Atlanta, GA area you may want to do some research before you sign a contract. Both of R. Kelly’s sex cult mansions are now available to the public after he fell two months behind on payments. His pockets are probably still suffering from paying off an entire jury. Peeing on people can be a pretty expensive hobby when they’re underage and you want them to keep quiet.

Court documents show R&B singer R. Kelly has been evicted from two Atlanta-area homes over unpaid rent.

The Atlanta Journal-Constitution reported Monday that Feb. 13 filings with the Fulton County magistrate court show Kelly owes more than $31,000 in past due payments to SB Property Management Global.

Court filings show Kelly paid $3,000 a month and $11,542 a month, respectively, for two homes just 2 miles (3 kilometers) apart.

I don’t think anyone in their right state of mind would willingly want to live in a place where R. Kelly has had the opportunity bathe multiple women in his bodily fluids. One can only imagine the amount of twisted urine rituals that go on in a cult led by a 90s R&B singer. That suspicious yellow stain on the wall that won’t come out isn’t a random innocent spill when R. Kelly was the last renter. Buyer beware, you've been warned.
