How effective are your workouts? How do you know for sure that each press you do is actually working your muscles the way you want it to? There's a way to know that doesn't involve complicated medical gizmos or machinery: the Push Strength Tracker.

It comes in the form of an arm band and works in conjunction with your iOS or Android phone. It will track how your body is performing for certain weights and will give you tips and advice on the optimum load for your fitness goals. Aside from that, you can also create or download training routines for your workouts so you can do more when you're at the gym.

Specifically, Push will keep track of your reps and sets and analyze the data collected to let you know if you're lifting weights that are too heavy or too light for you. It also comes with a sharing feature so you can virtually train with your friends.

Push is up for funding on Indiegogo.
