Pulled Pork Parfait is All Kinds of Yum

Are you in the mood for some pulled pork parfait? Don't knock it until you've tried it, because as disgusting as it might sound, it actually looks pretty delicious. It's basically a whole glass with layer upon layer of fatty and meaty goodness.

For starters, there's the mashed potatoes. It's actually the best starter there is, especially if you pack on the gravy. The next layer includes a generous helping of BBQ pulled pork and a puddle of cheese. The layers repeat twice more, with generous helpings of barbecue sauce oozing throughout the entire thing.
