Phil Mickelson Going Big

Phil Nickelson is a golfer and one of the few elite athletes on earth able to compete in a muffin top and pink slacks. 

He ranks number 2 on the PGA's All Time money list, and that's not counting the comped iced teas. 

It has been revealed that Mickelson wired nearly 3 million dollars to a guy who is a professional money launderer. It is unclear how one would get that job title but I'm guessing it's not a standard industry code when you fill out those government forms. Presumably this was to cover some gambling debts although Mickelson's defense is that he wanted to take a hit out on his wife. She's hot, but everybody still gets it.

All of this is ambiguously illegal depending on how juiced your paper shredder is. What's clear is Phil is a whale. That's not a fat joke. What's the spread?
