Open Post: Which Actress Is Actually The Hottest?

Unfortunately in life the squeaky wheel does get the oil, and as a result we end up covering weeny destroyers like Beast Kardashian and Bella Thorne In My Side rather than celebrities we wouldn't be horrified to get a whiff of. Although in Thorne's case, she looks like she's doused in oil twenty-four-seven, so maybe that wasn't the best anology. My point is that it's time to recognize women who are more famous for being bangable than either looking like they're about to sweep Belle off her feet or for being coke whores (allegedly, don't sue) so let us know who doesn't suck in the comments.  This would be a certain someone's chance to put in a good word for Kate Upton.
