No. 9 Syracuse-No. 20 San Diego State Square Off on an Aircraft Carrier and Other Great College Basketball Action

Time for the march to the madness to begin once again basketball fans! It's been a long time coming, but the start of the season is finally here!

Now to be honest, the competition is not going to be that intense this weekend. All the top teams in the nation are playing someone that they should absolutely spank. It's the first game; that's what everyone does. I really don't see anyone getting upset either. That being said, since the competitive level is going to be low we should have some fantastic highlights to enjoy when the action is all over come Monday!

That's not to say that there will not be some cool games. The only meeting of ranked teams will be between No. 9 Syracuse and No. 20 San Diego State. Of all the games this weekend I'd expect that one to be pretty competitive. Even if it isn't, the darn thing is being played on an aircraft carrier (USS Midway). How cool is that?!
