As we all know, James Bond's newest adventures will be released later in the year under the title of Skyfall. There has been quite a lot of anticipation for Daniel Craig's return to 007 duty with American Beauty and Road To Perdition director Sam Mendes helming the film and now we have some new on-set images to whet our appetite even further.
The images give us our first real view of Javier Bardem's villain, Silva, who sports a quite spiffing blonde bouffant in the picture whilst disguised as a London police officer. The image was taken in the centre of London meaning that we are likely to see some destruction go down in the English capital.
A further image shows Daniel Craig waltzing through the London streets looking quite disturbed as well as looking pretty old for the most deadly man in England. His clothes even appear to be dirty. Is Bond losing his touch? I doubt it, but he could still make sure he looks presentable when he leaves the house.
Rumour has it that Silva's main target in the film will be MI6 and Bardem certainly appears to have a menacing look on his face that is even reminiscent of Anton Chigurh. And we all remember how scary that captive bolt pistol carrying son of a bitch was.
Skyfall will be released on 26th October and the images can be viewed below.
