It looks like we'll be stepping back into Netflix and Marvel's Hell's Kitchen sooner than we expected. When word came down that the first season of the Daredevil spin-off The Punisher would debut before the end of 2017, most of us expected it would be released around Christmas. Well, Marvel has nothing if not a sense of humor and has decided to drop the entire first season of the series the same day DC releases Justice League in theaters.
This new trailer for the show gives us an extended look at the war Frank Castle (Jon Bernthal) is bringing with him to New York, as well as a look at the war he fought overseas. From the look of things, Castle was always a bit of a loose cannon, even during his time spent in the military, but his elite training gives him a major tactical advantage over most any foe he'll be facing.
If you're a fan of the character and the low-tech world Marvel has been crafting over on Netflix, this series looks like it'll be another one in that same vein. Of course, we'll all find out in less than a month when the entire first season of The Punisher drops on November 17.
