Natalie Portman is in London to promote her new film V for Vendetta, but she may be having a harder time of it than she may have expected. Of course, it's all her fault. In an interview with London's Daily Mirror, Natalie basically insulted London's night-life, shopping, and food.
We thought all American celebs loved London nightlife, but Natalie Portman - in town to promote her new film V for Vendetta - insists she's got better things to do with her time.
"I don't go out when I'm working because I can't really keep it together," the 24-year-old told us.
"I'm more interested in seeing movies in my spare time."
Suitors, take note.
"The food in England has improved," the Star Wars star added, before taking one last knock at our fair capital by complaining: "London's not the best place to shop. Us poor Americans can't afford it."
Yeah, right, because Hollywood stars are notoriously badly paid.
Say what you will Natalie, but I'm sure that London wasn't so expensive that you couldn't afford another dress for the premiere of your new movie. Or maybe it's because you're poor that you were going for that whole garbage bag look. I get it now.
A ton more pictures of Natalie Portman at the UK premiere of V for Vendetta after the jump.
