Who would've known, fifteen years ago, when the internet was really taking off and was full of possibilities, that it would become best known for two things: Porn and death hoaxes. It seems like every week there's a new death hoax on Facebook and Twitter and Morgan Freeman was the latest celebrity to be labelled dead before his time.

A Facebook page claiming the star's demise had almost a million likes yesterday until the actor's spokesperson came out to tell everyone to stop worrying, that the actor was alive and well. Or at the very least, alive.
