Some guy is reportedly shopping around a Mischa Barton sex tape that he made with her. The unnamed man is seeking half a million dollars. The smart money says his face isn't in it. Barton suffers from mental illness. Symptoms are getting involuntarily thrown into the looney bin, being cast in reality television, and fucking sketchy guys with bad tribal tats who have the capacity to end up convincing you to make a fuck tape and then trying to sell it for drug money.
Barton's lawyer is making several assertions. She did so via Twitter, so you know she's a shitty lawyer and this video must be really explicit and amazing because crazy chicks fuck like pros:
"It has been reported that naked or sexually explicit images of Ms. Barton are being ‘shopped around. Ms. Barton does not consent to any disclosure of any such images. She believes that she was recorded without her consent by someone she was seeing at the time. There’s a name for this disgusting conduct: revenge pornography. Revenge pornography is a form of sexual assault, and it is also a crime and a civil wrong in California. And we will not stand for it."
The jury will probably have to see the video to determine whether or not is was recorded without her consent. It seems highly probable that she'll be winking into the camera and demanding better lighting. This guy is obviously a huge loser so they know he can't afford the trial process and he'll probably soon disappear for a late 20th century RV.
America needs to shake this puritan thing stat. If she's doing ass to mouth in this video it's much less shameful than appearing on The OC. People are in prison for drugs while murderers walk free. Profiling human trash garners decent TV ratings. We're living in a state of hypocrisy. Sex is natural, living a lie isn't. Her psychiatric state belies the truth. If the Pope weren't gay he'd prefer porn to reality TV, it's drastically less affected.
