Miley Cyrus Showing Off Her Legs and Tummy and Other Parts in New York

One of the annual rites of summer is watching Miley Cyrus prep for a big seasonal music promotion and concert tour in her latest and greatest 'shocking' wardrobe and public exhibition statements. I'm not sure if this latest incarnation is her greatest or just another stab at being a Rihanna or old school Britney, either way we get to see Miley showing off her tight little hard-worked out body, which is a big plus.

The silly wardrobe we can kind of mostly try to ignore, along with the hair and the lipstick and the other cartoony elements. The thigh high boots of course have to stay on. Oh, best believe those stay on nobody what else goes on. Enjoy.
