Miley Cyrus is Being Sued!

Miley Cyrus is being sued, not for being too hot and totally toned but instead for ripping off a Bruno Mars song to make her hit single Flowers. I thought it was a known thing that this song was inspired by Bruno's song called "When I Was Your Man" and all this time I thought Bruno was involved in the Miley Song, it's that similar.

Well apparently Miley did not get the go-ahead from Bruno and now she's being sued for copyright infringement by Tempo Music Investments, a company claiming it owns a share of the copyright for Bruno's song "When I Was Your Man."

If they win the suit, Miley will be banned from distributing or performing her song, which is almost a good thing because this song is so damn overplayed.
