She then followed it up by wishing all of her followers a happy new year in a polka-dot bikini.

What a start to the new year. I don't know if there's a playbook for properly recovering from a wardrobe malfunction or not.

If there isn't one Miley might have just written it. She handled it about as perfectly as someone can. What better way to follow losing your top than a bikini pic?
