Rumors have been swirling around the places that rumors swirl around that Miley Cyrus has put on a few lbs. since she came off her world (minus the U.S.) tour this summer. So be it if it gives the gravel-voiced, flashing prone diva all the more reason to be showing off some cleavage and bra peeks, her standard fare, but with noticeably more 'oomph' in these candid street photos.
