TV & FILM

Honestly, one of the great joys of The Last Jedi, for me, was seeing Mark Hamill act again. Yeah, I know, he's been in movies and done a metric f*ck-ton of voice work, but seeing him really get a chance to return to his most beloved character was pure delight. Therefore, this Twitter exchange between Hamill and Guardians of the Galaxy writer/director James Gunn gives me hope that we may yet see Hamill shine on the big screen again. It all started with a tweet from a guy named Ian Fee and then snowballed from there...
So, I think we just witnessed the first Twitter casting couch session. Was it as good for you guys as it was for me? Seriously though, this has to happen now, and I'm sure it will. I can only hope that Gunn finds something more substantial for him to do than he gave Stallone or Hasselhoff or any of the other gimmick cameos he doled out in Guardians Vol. 2. Give him a Kurt Russell-sized role, and I really think he'll be on to something.
