Madisyn Shipman is bringing us a Happy New Year in video.
The actress singing and racy model partnered up with the genius cultural curator Chris Applebaum, who you may know as the brains and eye behind some of your favorite music videos and Carl's Jr. commercials, but who has his own brand of content with the babes of the internet called EATS
For those of you who don't know, Madisyn Shipman is a 22 year old actress and singer who was first introduced to the global stage thanks to a Nickelodeon sitcom called Game Shakers.
Game Shakers aired from 2015-2019, so she was still a kid at the time which makes her updated, grown up content all the more shocking to her original fans who still follow her.
On her show, her character was a 7th grade nerd who created an app for a science project that ended up going viral and led to launching her own video game company.
It's some aspirational programming for other kids to use as reference point in reminding themselves how hard they've already failed. They should have a viral video game company by the seventh grade also, but instead they can barely get through seventh grade math class, or talk to the girl they have a crush on. So why not just throw in the towel, claim a mental health disorder, start dabbling with prescription pills to get through each day, giving up before you even start. Thanks Nickelodeon.
The real aspirational programming we can get behind in a more positive and believable light is this video of Madisyn Shipman, who has taken a fun direction in her career with the exclusive and stylized content she is involved in, especially when it is New Years themed.
Whether you like to admit it or not, New Years is an amazing time to set those intentions, to plan your future, to make those changes instead of just throwing in the towel like you've failed before even starting!
Madisyn Shipman helps bring that positive outlook on all the possibilities available to us!
