If you thought everything was going well between Lindsay Lohan and her new nobody of a boyfriend, Calum Best, well, the real question is why you cared. But since you do, here's some news you may not like, or think is news, or care about. It looks like not all is perfect in the dreamland that is Lindsay and Calum's relationship. According to Page Six, the couple got into a heated screaming match at their New York hotel, and ended up making a scene in the lobby. No word on whether their acting coach was also watching.

A screaming match broke out between Lindsay Lohan and her new bad-boy-toy, Calum Best, at the Soho Grand on Monday night. Sources told Page Six the "screamfest" started in the penthouse and ended up in the lobby. "Calum's clothes were torn, and after a few minutes, they got back into the elevator and went back to their room," said one onlooker.

Lohan seemed unfazed by reports of her British beau canoodling with another girl in the islands Friday night - but Best's raunchy behavior at Cipriani Downtown on Sunday might have sent her over the edge. Our spies saw Best "collecting numbers from all the models" every time Lohan's back was turned.

On Tuesday, it was Lohan's turn to make Best jealous. He followed her to Stereo for the Bloody Social concert where she spent more time with her friends. One of Lohan's male pals was overheard saying, "All her friends wish Calum would go back to London. He's just using her." Lohan's rep had no comment.

Yeah, so, can you say "staged?" These two are so "altered" that they wouldn't know a real emotion if they snorted it up their noses. If any of the fighting was real, it was probably an argument over who gets the last line. My money is on publicity stunt, all the way. The only reason these two do anything is for the attention. Oh, and the free swag, booze, and drugs.
