We know there are a bunch of you Leighton Meester fans out there and we couldn't think of a better image for your L.M. fantasies than the actress being arrested in a scene filming for Gossip Girl on the streets of New York, the little hot-bodied minx being cuffed in a mini-dress and hauled away. I'm not saying that's something I've thought of doing to Leighton before, but I'm also not saying it's not. Either way, the petitie actress looks pretty darn good all tarted up, imho. Enjoy.
