CELEBRITIES
aldo-vallon - June 27, 2018
Part of me is impressed with the way the paparazzi are able to identify any celeb, regardless of how famous they are. I like to think I have pretty good facial recognition, but even I would have trouble picking Lady Gaga out of a lineup when she is wearing normal clothes, and yet somehow these photographers can spot her from a block away. Without some crazy getup on, there really is not much that is noteworthy about her aside from the nose, which oddly enough works for her.
The last time I saw a celebrity in the flesh was at an airport. He was an actor whose name I cannot recall so I have simply been referring to him as The Black Guy Who May Or May Not Be French. That is a mouthful to say, but it is as specific as I can get. Part of me wishes that I had gotten within hearing distance of him so that I could confirm his accent, but that would have required some suspicious looking activity and for some reason airports frown upon that sort of thing. So, for as badly as I want to know who that man was, I want to not be cavity searched even stronger.
