Neither sleet nor snow nor chill of Southern California can keep Kourtney Kardashian from her appointed rounds showing off skin when out and about. Ever since becoming single again, Kourtney has been making sure to exhibit copious amounts of MILF skin for any and all public settings just to remind everybody that she's not married also not dead.
