Christina Ashten Gourkani was apparently going through plastic surgery when she went into cardiac arrest, something that is always a risk when you go under the knife for beauty, just ask Kanye West's mom.

The model may be gone, but she won't be forgotten. The family has now started a GoFundMe for her funeral and tribute and have shared more of her story on the site.

"She was such a caring and loving free spirit that always took the time to bring a smile to anyone's face she crossed paths with. She was the kind of person that would kneel down and talk to children at eye level, she searched for the lonely person in the corner and made them feel special as she has such a gift of connecting with people."
