Kim Kardashian shared a new selfie with her fans over on instagram this week and instead of smiling for the camera, she cropped out her head and gave us a close up of her body while she stood there in a black bikini.

The reality TV star can be seen posing with water dripping down her body and some silver Chrome Hearts jewelry on her body in the new photo and it looks like her fans are happy with the close up she shared, commenting the she has "the best plastic surgeon in the world". They are probably right!
