Kate Beckinsale receives a lot of compliments over on her Instagram page but every so often, she gets some messages from the trolls of the internet. The best example of this trolling is on Kate's latest series of bikini selfies that she shared to her page, with a lot of comments telling her how perfect she looks, which I think we can all agree on, someone had to come and ask her if she had a nose job.. like who cares!? Aren't they looking at her abs and not to mention, her booty that is visible from the FRONT? Who give a shit about her nose!?
